Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy – 8.5 ounce)
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter, melted
2 T sugar
2 eggs
Directions
Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or until edges are brown.
