Since our founding in 1973, Flex-Staff has recognized that the key to providing the best service is to have the best staff, and provide them with the best tools. To enable us to continue to provide the highest possible level of service to our client companies and our employees, Flex-Staff has undergone a major software conversion.
On 1/1/11 we went "live" with UltraStaff, one of the most advanced staffing software programs available. This new system will give us a level of functionality that was not previously possible, and will provide features such as:
- Online time cards/hours recording
- Easy paycheck and invoice look up
- Self-entry of application paperwork
- Automatic resume parsing
- Detailed computerized reporting
- Client company and temporary employee web portals
- The ability to access our database from any computer
- Computerized (paperless) application forms
